Tailored Home Care Visits

Our trained Live-in Carers, will be with you 24hrs a day in your own home supporting you with your specific needs to keep you comfortable and independent at home.

Dementia Care

We know that Dementia can a challenging issue to face for families . With the support of our kind and skills workers, we will provide comfort and support in familiar surroundings, so your loved one can still enjoy a fulfilling and happy life in their home.

Short-term Live in Care

From time to time, you may need some short-term care be it on return home following hospital discharge or other reasons - we are here to help and tailor your support needs.

Mental Health Support Care

Our team of compassionate and trained carers provide one-on-one support to our people, serving as a warm and reassuring presence. We work with you promoting independence, coping skill improvement and social support enhancement.

Visiting Care

Shepard Care and Support services will support you if struggling to manage at home. Our carer will provide a helping hand, a friendly face and specialist support to help you live a full, satisfying and independent life.

Domiciliary Care

The services covers preparing meals, general housekeeping – such as cleaning , laundry, personal care, washing and dressing, support with medication or help with your food shopping.

Respite Care

As main carer for your loved one, you need a break from time to time to recharge. Shepard Care and Support will look after your loved one while you (the carer) take a break and pay attention to yourself for a short period.

Companionship
